We offer flexible options to make paying rent easier for you. With Flex, you can pay part of your rent when it's due and the rest later in the month — on your schedule. It's simple, stress-free, and designed to fit your needs.
Identification Documents

Income Documentation
Hourly or Salaried: 1 month of most recent pay stubs
Self-Employed: Wage & Earnings Tax Transcript + 3 months bank statements
Retired: 3 months banking statements + current award letter from Social Security
Government Assistance: Current authorized letter from government agency
Students: Income must be 2.5x monthly rent
All applicants 18+ must complete an application and pass screening for rental history, criminal background, income, and identity verification. Credit history is reviewed, but there is no minimum credit score requirement.
Employment: 6-12 months current employment history required
Second Chance Leasing
We understand that life happens. Qualified applicants may be eligible for our Second Chance Leasing Program.
You may qualify if you have one of the following:
- Previous apartment debt under $4,000 that is more than 12 months old.
- A dismissed bankruptcy that occurred more than 12 months ago.
Applicants may qualify under one of these criteria, but not both.
Move-in requirements: Approved Second Chance applicants are required to provide a security deposit equal to two months' rent, plus one month's rent due at move-in. Leasing specials and promotional offers do not apply.

$50 per applicant (non-refundable). Administration fee of $100 is due if application is approved (non-refundable).
We love pets! Acceptable pets include dogs, cats, and small caged animals. Maximum of two domestic animals per household with a 30-pound maximum maturity weight.
Restricted breeds: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, and any mix containing these breeds. Service animals are permitted.
Pet Fees: $10/month per pet | $300 one-time non-refundable fee | $200 for 2nd pet (non-refundable)
Parking: $0 | Storage: $75/month | Security Deposit: $400 standard
Resident is responsible for: Electric, Gas, Sewer, Trash, and Water.
