Anthos at Lexington Place is a gated apartment community located in Centerville, GA adjacent to Warner Robins. Our community was built to feel more like a home rather than an apartment with special details like nine and twelve foot ceilings, walk-in closets, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living rooms, crown molding in the living room and dining room, chair rails in the dining room, very efficient and spacious all electric kitchens with plenty of cabinet space, built-in microwave, stove, dishwasher and side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser in the door. All our bathrooms have garden tubs, some with an additional full-size shower.

    Current 3 months banking statements reflecting deposits from Pension Fund and/or Social Security equal to three times the monthly rental payment. Current copy of award letter from Social Security Administration Office documenting the monthly amount to receive.

    Government Assistance
    Current copy of authorized letter from government agency indicating the amount to receive.

    Trust Fund/Pension Fund
    Current copy of 6 months bank statements reflecting income received on a monthly basis. Income must equal 3 times the monthly rent. Current letter from attorney/accountant/trustee handling account indicating the monthly amount received equal to 3 times the monthly rent.

    Students
    Income must be 3 times the monthly rent for individual approval. Co-signers are not accepted at this property. All applicants must meet the income and credit requirements individually or apply together as co-applicants.
