We offer flexible options to make paying rent easier for you. With Flex, you can pay part of your rent when it’s due and the rest later in the month—on your schedule. It’s simple, stress-free, and designed to fit your needs.
- What are the lease terms?
Month-to-Month & 12 Month Lease Terms Available. (Month-to-month leases are an additional $100/month.) Fully Furnished Corporate Units are also available. Please contact us for more information.
- What are the amenities?
Kitchens have Full Size Range, Full Size Refrigerator & Built-in Dishwashers. Other amenities include Laundry in building, Fitness Center, Off Street Paved Parking, Pavilion & BBQ Area.
- What is the Application Fee?
$20 per applicant 18 years and up—-non refundable
